                              DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

On 29 November 2007, the Board of Provexis plc approved the grant to Ian Ford, 
Finance Director, of options over 2,751,479 ordinary shares of 1p each 
('Ordinary Shares') in the Company under the Company's 2005 Share Option Scheme, 
exercisable at 3.38p per share, at any time between 3 and 10 years of the date 
of grant. This represents Mr Ford's total interest in the Company.
