Provexis plc, the nutraceutical company that develops scientifically-proven
functional and medical foods, today announces the appointment with effect from
19 July 2007 of Ian Ford as Finance Director and Company Secretary, as a
replacement for Stewart Slade, who has resigned from the Company with immediate
effect.
Ian Ford, aged 41, has held senior finance positions with Rubicon Group plc and
SITEL Europe plc, playing key roles in the rapid growth of these groups,
including extensive merger and acquisition activity. Recently he managed the
turnaround and merger of the British Executive Service Overseas charity. Ian
qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991 and spent his early career with
PricewaterhouseCoopers. There are no further disclosures to be made in
accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
