Nutrinnovator Holdings plc, which develops and markets food and drink products
of superior nutritional quality, whilst retaining high quality taste,
palatability and consumer appeal, today announces that Mr Jonathan Salisbury,
Customer Service Director, has resigned with immediate effect. Jonathan wishes
to devote more time to other interests.

The Board of Directors of Nutrinnovator expresses its appreciation to Jonathan
and would like to thank him for his considerable contribution to the Company.
