                           Exercise of Share Options

Nutrinnovator Holdings plc ('Nutrinnovator' or 'the Company') announces that
options over a total of 53,823 of its 2p ordinary shares have been exercised at
a price of 2p per share. These options are part of a total of 188,428 such
options awarded to a group of pre-IPO investors.

Application has been made to the Stock Exchange for quotation of these 53,823
new shares on the AIM market.

Following this transaction the total number of 2p ordinary shares of
Nutrinnovator in issue is 16,609,194.
