Response to Share Price Movement

The Company notes its movement in share price and can confirm it is in negotiations with investors with a view to securing further funds via an equity placing in order to develop its core Fruitflow heart-health technology and pipeline technologies. It has already received support in principal from a global trade investor to provide up to 50 per cent. of the funds required.

The Directors expect to update shareholders in due course.
