The Company announces that Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 ("Annual Report") was mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available on 18 October 2024.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1 the Annual Report has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and is available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
