Capital Markets Day
The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in new-build homes in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS"), is today hosting a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors.
The event will include a presentation from a number of Sigma executives including Graham Barnet, CEO & Founder of Sigma Capital Group plc (the parent company of the PRS REIT's Investment Adviser), as well as presentations from Gordon More, Chief Investment Officer of Homes England and Ian Sutcliffe, CEO of Countryside Properties PLC on the benefits and strengths of the PRS REIT's model.
The presentations will not contain any material new information.

The PRS REIT is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth. In its Initial Public Offering, on 31 May 2017, the Company raised £250m gross equity capital and, on 20 February 2018, it raised a further £250m (gross) through an additional Placing.
