Director/PDMR Shareholding
The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), announces that it has been notified of the following:
· Stephen Smith, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 March 2023 and 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 23 March 2023. As a result, Mr Smith's total interest in the Company is now 305,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
· Jim Prower, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 48,000 Ordinary Shares on 22 March 2023. As a result, Mr Prower's total interest in the Company is now 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
