The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), announces that it has been notified that Steffan Francis, Non-executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

 

As a result, Mr Francis's total interest in the Company is now 105,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
