Director/PDMR Shareholding

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), announces that it was notified on 27 April 2021 that Steffan Francis, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result, Mr Francis's total interest in the Company, is now 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
