Dividend Declaration
The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate trust established to invest in new-build homes in the Private Rented Sector, is pleased to declare today an interim dividend of 2.5 pence per ordinary share in respect of the period to 30 June 2018. This dividend, which is a Non-Property Income Distribution, will be paid as an ordinary UK dividend, and is payable on 31 August 2018 to shareholders on the register on 10 August 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 9 August 2018.
This brings the total dividend for the period from the launch of the PRS REIT to 30 June 2018, the close of its financial year, to 5.0 pence per ordinary share, in line with the Company's previously reported target.
