Dividend Declaration

 

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in new-build homes in the Private Rented Sector, is pleased to declare today an interim dividend of 2.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the fourth quarter period covering 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019. This dividend, which is a non-Property Income Distribution, will be paid as an ordinary UK dividend, and is payable on 31 August 2019 to shareholders on the register on 9 August 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 8 August 2019.

This brings the total dividend for the financial year from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019 to 5.0 pence per ordinary share.
