Dividend Declaration

 

The PRS REIT, the real estate investment trust that invests in new-build homes in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS"), is pleased to declare an interim quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the first quarter of its financial year, comprising the three months to 30 September 2020.

 

This dividend, which is a non-Property Income Distribution, will be payable on 11 December 2020 to shareholders on the register on 20 November 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 19 November 2020.
