Q3 Dividend Declaration

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector, is pleased to declare an interim quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share in respect of the third quarter (January - March) of its financial year ending 30 June 2024.

Ninety per cent. (0.9 pence per share) of the dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID"), with the balance paid as an Ordinary Dividend.

The dividend will be payable on or around 31 May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 10 May 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 9 May 2024.
