PRUDENTIAL PLC - ANNUAL ANALYSTS' BRIEFING


Prudential plc will today be holding its annual business briefing for analysts
at 0900.

As in previous years, the briefing will concentrate on one area of
Prudential's business.  This year's presentation will be on the UK retail
insurance business and will cover the key areas of managing for value, the
benefits of UK restructuring,  and investment in technology and e-commerce.
