Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms have been approved by the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Prudential PLC 's £250,000,000 3.375 per cent. Senior Notes due 2013 issued pursuant to a GBP 5,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus (as defined below).
