Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., ("PPHC", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading bi-partisan, full-service US government affairs business, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will today be published on the Company's website at https://pphcompany.com/ .
The AGM will be held at the offices of Fieldfisher, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT, England, on 1 June 2022 at 11:00 A.M. BST.
The Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2021 will be posted to shareholders and published on the PPHC website on or about 19 May 2022.
