Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report

Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the government relations and public affairs group providing clients with a fully integrated and comprehensive range of services, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will today be published on the Company's website at https://pphcompany.com/.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Buchanan Communications Ltd., 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom, on 18 May 2023 at 3:00 P.M. BST.

The Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be posted to shareholders and published on the PPHC website on or about 24 April 2023 in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
