Removal of Reg S Restrictions

Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the leading government relations and public affairs group of companies providing a comprehensive range of advisory services, is pleased to report, further to its announcement of 13 September 2023, that Reg S restrictions on depositary receipts representing shares of PPHC Common Stock admitted to trading on AIM have now been successfully removed.

The Board expects the removal of Reg-S restrictions to enhance liquidity in the trading of PPHC's common shares by enabling investors to deal more easily through a broader range of platforms. Trading in PPHC's shares can now be carried out on multiple major investor platforms including Hargreaves Lansdown, AJ Bell and Interactive Investor.
