Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., ("PPHC", the "Group" or the "Company"), the government relations and public affairs group providing clients with a fully integrated and comprehensive range of services, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held at 10am BST today, all resolutions were passed.

The result of the poll voting, including all proxies, is detailed below:
