Share Cancellation and Total Voting Rights
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., ("PPHC", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading bi-partisan, full-service US government affairs business, announces that 5,953 shares have been forfeited by a leaving employee with immediate effect in accordance with the employee's employment agreement.
These shares will be cancelled, resulting in the total issued share capital of the Group being 108,234,097 common shares of $0.001 each ("Common Shares"). There are no Common Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 108,234,097. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
