Availability of annual report and Financial statements

Further to the preliminary results announcement made on 1 April 2014, Access Intelligence announces that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 November 2013 has been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website www.accessintelligence.com.

In addition, the Company announces that its annual general meeting, notice of which accompanies the annual report and financial statements, will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 28 April 2014 at the Company's registered office, 10-11 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EH.
