Access Intelligence plc (the 'Company')
Notification of change in Shareholding
The Company was informed on 11 March 2008 that on 10 March 2008 Mr David
Alderson, an employee of the company and managing director of financial services
compliance subsidiary Management Services 2000 Limited (MS2M), purchased 918,086
ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price
of 3.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Alderson has a
total interest in 8,412,884 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.7 per
cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
