                             Director Shareholding


The Company was informed on 7 August 2007 that on the same date Mr Jeremy Hamer,
the non-executive chairman of the Company, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of
0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 3.6 pence per
Ordinary Share and his SIPP purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4
pence per Ordinary Share. Following these purchases, Mr Hamer has a total
interest in 2,561,762 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.3 per cent
of the current issued share capital of the Company.
