Director Dealings

Access Intelligence has been informed that on 8 December 2014, Michael Jackson, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, transferred 5,000,000 ordinary shares into his SIPP at a price of 2.25 pence per share.

Further to this, Mr Jackson also purchased a total of 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.875 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Jackson now holds an interest in 25,165,858 ordinary shares, equivalent to 10.70 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
