("Access Intelligence" or the "Company")

Grant of Options

The Company announces that it has today granted Joanna Arnold, Chief Operating Officer, options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, with an exercise price of 2.5 pence per share (the "Options"). The Options are exercisable from 24 October 2016 until 24 October 2023.

Ms Arnold currently holds options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares, 1,000,000 of the options have an exercise price of 2.75 pence per share exercisable until 3 April 2019 and the remainder have an exercise price of 2.2 pence per share exercisable from 19 December 2014 until 19 December 2021.

Ms Arnold is also holding 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
