                     Notification of change in shareholding


The Company was informed on 8 October 2007 that on 2 October 2007 Mr David
Alderson, an employee of the Company and Managing Director of financial
compliance software subsidiary MS2M Limited, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares
of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 4.25 pence
per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Alderson has a total interest in
7,292,775 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.64 per cent of the
current issued share capital of the Company.
