Major Shareholder Notifications

Access Intelligence has been notified that certain major shareholders whose holdings previously exceeded 3% have changes in their percentage holdings as follows;-

Unicorn Asset Management has a beneficial interest in 21,400,200 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.  These shares represent 8.40% of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital.

David Alderson has a beneficial interest in 8,412,884 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.30% of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital.

Andrew Unsworth no longer has a notifiable interest in Ordinary Shares in the company.

Mark Berry no longer has a notifiable interest in Ordinary Shares in the company.

Following the exercise of 2,000,000 options announced on 25 March the Company's share capital will consist of 254,770,696 ordinary shares with voting rights. The 2,000,000 new Ordinary Shares are expected to admit to trading on 6 April 2010.

Access Intelligence plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in Access Intelligence will be 254,770,696.
