Issue of Equity - Amendment

The following replaces the issue of equity announcement released yesterday at
13:38 under RNS number 6063C. In the second paragraph the figure should read
63,673,712 and not 63,673,312 as previously stated. Please find below the full
amended announcement.

The Company has today made application for 234,300 new ordinary shares of 0.5
pence each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New
Ordinary Shares have been issued as part of a subscription by the Company's
professional advisers.



Anticipated trading in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 15 May 2006.
Following admission the enlarged share capital of the Company will be 63,673,712
ordinary shares 0.5 pence each.
