Issue of Equity

Access Intelligence plc (AIM: ACC) a leading supplier of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for reputation and operational risk management, announces that following the exercise of warrants by Michael Jackson, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, it has issued 6,808,103 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence at an exercise price of 2.75 pence per ordinary share.

In addition, following the exercise of options by an ex-employee, the Group has also issued 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Group ("New Ordinary Shares").

The Group has also been informed that Mr Jackson has purchased 1,425,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Group at a price of 3.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following the exercise of warrants and purchase of 1,425,000 ordinary shares, Mr Jackson now holds 29,098,961 ordinary shares equivalent to 10.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Group.

The Group has made application for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective on 4 January 2016 ("Admission").

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, and for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Group's total issued share capital on Admission will consist of 286,268,451 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
