Purplebricks appoints a new Chief Financial Officer
Purplebricks, the UK's leading tech-led estate agency, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominique Highfield as Chief Financial Officer. Dominique will join Purplebricks and the Board with effect from 1 November 2022.
Dominique joins Purplebricks with 15 years' experience in finance including at Sainsbury's, Amazon and, most recently, as Director of Finance at Pentland Brands, the large privately-owned business housing well-known retail brands. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst at PwC.
Steve Long will step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer and the Board with effect from 1 November 2022. He will remain with the business until the end of November to support the transition.

Background on Dominique Highfield
Dominique Highfield (previously Lucas-Lucas) (age 37) is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in multiple commercial finance roles across key consumer brands and tech disruptors including Sainsbury's, Amazon and Pentland Brands.
As Director of Finance and a Board Member at Pentland Brands, Dominique led Global Finance in one of the UK's largest privately-owned businesses. During the pandemic she led significant transformation to improve the underlying health of the business.
