Notice of AGM

Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), a leading UK estate agency business, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on   30^th September 2020 at 10:00am. 

Copies of the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders today and are also be available on the Company's investor website   www.purplebricksplc.com .

The Company would like to advise shareholders that , a s a result of COVID-19 and in accordance with the UK government's current advice to restrict public gatherings, physical attendance at the AGM will not be possible and this year the AGM will be held as a closed meeting.

Shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy in advance of the meeting by appointing the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy, to ensure that their votes are registered . Details of how to appoint their proxy are set out in the Notice of AGM. All votes on the resolutions contained in the Notice of AGM will be held by poll, so that all proxy votes are counted.

Shareholders will be able to submit questions to the Company in advance of the AGM and details of how to submit questions are set out in the Notice of AGM.
