POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Purplebricks Group plc ("Purplebricks" or the "Company") announces that a circular containing a notice of General Meeting and form of proxy (the "Circular") was yesterday posted to Shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held on 13 March 2017 at 10.00am at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ.

The Circular gives more information on the proposed resolutions and is available on the Company's website at www.purplebricks.com/investors/ and is also available, free of charge, at Purplebricks' registered office at Suite 7, Cranmore Place, Cranmore Drive, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4RZ during normal business hours on any week day (public holidays excepted).  Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Circular.
