Purplebricks, the UK's leading tech-led estate agency business, will publish its annual report for the year ended 30 April 2021 on its corporate website at https://www.purplebricksplc.com/on Tuesday 27 July 2021.

A copy of the 2021 Annual Report together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to those shareholders who are not registered for email notification on the 24^th August 2021.
