Announcement to the London Stock Exchange

The Company announces that it received notification on 30 June 2010, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R and paragraph 26 of the Model Code, from Richard Harvey, who today took up the position of Non-executive Chairman of the Company, that he had purchased 3,705 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.00% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of £3.34 per share on 30 June 2010.

Mr Harvey's purchase of shares was pursuant to a trading plan established in March 2010 in accordance with paragraphs 23 - 25 of the Model Code. Following this dealing, Mr Harvey holds 8,240 shares in the Company (0.001% of the shares in issue).

No new shares have been issued in respect of the dealing above.
