The Company announces that it received notification today, from Brandon Leigh, Executive Director of the Company, that he had purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of £2.321 per share on 30 July 2018. Following this dealing, Mr Leigh holds 156,917 shares in the Company representing 0.03% of the shares in issue.

The notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
