subject to the terms and conditions of the Paterson Zochonis Employee Trust
('the Trust'), received (net) the following numbers of Ordinary Shares of 10p
each and 'A' (non-voting) Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company:

10p each and 'A' (non-voting) Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company:
