PZ Cussons Plc is pleased to announce that Mr John Pantelireis will be appointed
to the board of PZ Cussons Plc as an executive director with direct
responsibility for group sourcing with effect from 1 June 2005.


                          RETIREMENT OF BOARD DIRECTOR

Mr David Malcolm Whitewood will retire as an executive director of PZ Cussons
Plc with effect from 31 May 2005.
