Paterson Zochonis plc announces that
on 10 July 2001 it purchased for
cancellation 690,000 of its ordinary shares
at a price of 490p per share and
809,000 of its A ordinary shares at a price
of 408.5p per share from Cazenove & Co. Ltd.
