                                DIVIDEND PAYMENT

The Board recommends a final dividend for the year of 2.45p per ordinary share
in respect of the year ending 31 March 2007. The record date will be 3 August
2007. Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will
be paid on 31 August 2007.
