Pursuant to the above-named Company's Share Option Schemes options over 34,058 
Ordinary Shares of 25p each have been exercised, 22,058 under the Quintain 
Estates and Development PLC 1996 Approved Executive Share Option Scheme and 
12,000 under the Quintain Estates and Development PLC Executive Share Option 
(No.2) Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made to The UK Listing Authority for these 
shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for 
these shares to be admitted to trading. The Shares rank pari passu with the 
existing issued shares of the Company.
