Pursuant to the Quintain Estates and Development PLC 1996 Approved Executive
Share option Scheme and the Quintain Estates and Development PLC Executive Share
Option (No.2) Scheme application has been made to The UK Listing Authority for
981,748 shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. The Shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary 25p shares of the Company.
