Application has been made to the UKLA Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 240,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to be
admitted as follows: 200,000 in connection with the 1996 Executive Share Option
(No 2) Scheme and 40,000 pursuant to the 1996 Approved Executive Share Option
Scheme.  The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary
shares of the Company and will be admitted to the Official List upon issue.
