Application for Additional Listing



Application has been made to the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange for a block
listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to be admitted pursuant to the
Quintain Estates and Development plc 1996 Executive Share Option (No. 2) Scheme,
the Quintain Estates and Development plc 1996 Approved Executive Share Option
Scheme and the Quintain Estates and Development plc 2004 Unapproved Share Plan.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the
Company and will be admitted to the Official List upon issue.
