QUINTAIN ANNOUNCE BOARD CHANGE

The Board of Quintain Estates and Development PLC announce that, as a result
of increasing pressures on his professional time, Christopher Armon-Jones has
decided to resign with immediate effect.

Nigel Ellis, Chairman of Quintain, said 'Chris has made a valuable
contribution to Quintain's success during his three years as director of the
Company.  We wish him every success in the future.'
