Quadrise was notified on 23 June 2008 that on that date Tilehouse Limited purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 6.125p per share. 

Tilehouse Limited, a Jersey registered company, now holds 377,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each of Quadrise Fuels International Plc, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.  Tilehouse Trust is the owner of Tilehouse Limited and Ian Williams, a Director and Chairman of Quadrise Fuels International Plc, is a beneficiary of Tilehouse Trust.
