Director's Dealing
Quadrise was notified on 13 November 2006 that Tilehouse Limited acquired 6,035
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 13 November
2006 at a price of 18.0p per share. Following the acquisitions, Tilehouse
Limited owns 272,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.06 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
Tilehouse Trust is the owner of Tilehouse Limited and Ian Williams, Executive
Chairman of the Company, is a beneficiary of Tilehouse Trust. Mr Williams'
direct beneficial interest in Quadrise remains at 9,396,580, representing 2.04
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
