Director's Interests in Shares 29/09/2006
On 29 September 2006 Nicholas Shattock, Deputy Chief Executive and a director of
Quintain Estates and Development PLC exercised 38,625 unapproved options at a
price of £1.553 and sold 20,949 ordinary shares of 25p each at £6.995 per share.
The proceeds of the sale of the shares was used to satisfy tax and national
insurance liabilities arising on the exercise of options and to partially fund
the acquisition of further shares detailed below.
Nicholas Shattock also purchased 14,189 ordinary shares at a price of £6.995,
funded partially by the profits of the exercise of options shown above and from
his own resources.
Following the various transactions, his total shareholding in Quintain has
increased by 31,865 ordinary shares (0.02%) and now stands at 284,643 (0.21%).
