On 26 February Rebecca Worthington, a director of Quintain Estates and 
Development PLC, exercised options to purchase a total of 35,000 ordinary shares
in the company at an option price of 151.5p per share, and on the same day sold
a total of 31,791 ordinary shares at a price of 210p per share.
