Quintain Estates and Development PLC ('Quintain' / the 'Company')
BOARD CHANGE
The Board of Quintain announces that Edward Dugdale, the executive director
responsible for the Company's structured finance division, Q3P, has decided for
personal reasons to resign with immediate effect.
Mr Dugdale will remain working as a consultant on a full-time basis until the
end of November and thereafter on a basis to be mutually agreed.
Nigel Ellis commented:
'Edward has worked at Quintain since its formation in 1992 and has made a major
contribution to the Company. He has also been responsible for spearheading our
drive into the structured finance arena, notably the creation of Quercus and
Quart, our nursing home and public house limited partnerships respectively.
'We understand Edward's decision to resign and are delighted that he will
continue his long association with the Company.'
